While many aspects of our businesses, marketplaces, and our world have been changing daily, we wanted you to know that at Zeldis Research, our people, operations, business practices, and philosophies have not!
While our staff is now completely virtual, our work at home strategy has been in place for over 15 years. In fact, most Zeldis researchers have been working at home for 2+ days per week as a common practice.
Zeldis’ research staff have been with the company for an average of 12 years! We have worked with each other, our clients, and our vendors under a variety of circumstances.
Our Operations and Business Practices
In addition to our culture, our business practices — including our HiTrust certification — have been developed and optimized around our commitment to our work at home strategy.
Similarly, Zeldis was an early adopter of virtual qualitative methodologies. We have a 15-year history of using these techniques with a wide range of populations including: consumers, business owners, agents, brokers, and healthcare professionals, just to name a few. We know how to use these methodologies effectively and appropriately and, most importantly, we understand how to minimize pitfalls and maximize insights.
Whether you knew it or not, the high level of customer service you have come to expect, as well as the insightful analysis and deliverables you have been counting on for years, have both been executed by Zeldis within our work at home approach.
