
In a live webinar on December 11, we presented our qualitative and quantitative findings on the innovation of AI moderating.
We conducted AI-moderated in-depth interviews with consumers on a relatively sensitive topic (therapy) using a well-known platform and followed those with human-moderated focus groups with the participants to explore their experience and impressions.
We shared what we learned, including:
- The process of setting up and executing AI-moderated qual, including what worked well and what…didn’t
- Comparing the findings of the AI-moderated qualitative research on teletherapy to similar human-moderated interviews on the same topic done previously
- How respondents view AI-moderated experience–likes, dislikes, gaps, and overall preference.
