Jeff is an industry veteran of more than 20 years of senior positions in the pharmaceutical, insurance and healthcare industries. In addition to his pharma market research experience, he has deep experience working with medical supply firms and their customers in hospitals and long-term care settings, as well as with insurers in group and individual health, life and disability lines.
Jeff joined Zeldis following 15 years at MSP Analytics, and previously, at Response Analysis (now GfK) and LOMA/LIMRA, the trade association for market research in the insurance and financial services industries.
He brings expertise across a broad range of strategic research objectives, including new product opportunity assessment, concept development, segmentation, targeting, message testing, positioning and tracking research. Like all Zeldis Research associates, Jeff is adept at optimally leveraging qualitative, quantitative and integrated quant/qual research methodologies where appropriate, including insight development from multivariate modeling and predictive analytics.
