• Research with financial advisors to explore take a closer look at how financial advisors tap technology and build out their tech stack for optimized efficiency and client planning and experience

• Research with P&C agents and brokers about data integration, multi-carrier quoting platforms for commercial lines, and digital tools for client and agent/broker service

• Research with HR and benefits professionals about the importance of data feeds/integrations (API and EDI) and employer and employee portals and apps in administering employee benefits
