Senior Research Director
Bob is responsible for the management and execution of various core industry projects conducted at Zeldis Research. He has experience in various types of research methods, including segmentation, market forecasting and sizing, new product/service development, shopper journey, consumer landscape, pricing, and customer satisfaction. This experience is leveraged throughout the research process as he directs all stages of research, from study design, analysis, and interpretation and presentation of findings. Bob also moderates online focus groups and conducts in-depth interviews.
Bob entered the survey research industry in 2000 and has experience in the financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, and telecommunications industries. A former research director at Zeldis (2006-2008), Bob now rejoins the Zeldis team as Senior Research Director after ten years in a similar role at GfK. He holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers.
