In late 2025/early 2026, we shared the results of a pilot study Zeldis conducted around AI moderating. We tried it again with a new platform and a new objective: journey mapping. Like before, we followed up the AI-moderated interviews with human-moderated discussions, with a focus on the respondent experience.
