Jovana is a seasoned researcher who leads market research studies in B2B and B2C verticals. She helps clients turn data into insights and insights into action.
With a decade of experience working as a research consultant and statistician, she has widespread expertise in brand strategy, consumer behavior, concept testing, and new product development. She is well-versed in quantitative and qualitative research, moderating focus groups, conducting IDIs, and executive interviews. Her proficiencies include project scoping, proposal drafting, sampling and survey design, statistical analyses, report writing, and storytelling with data.
Prior to joining Zeldis, Jovana spent a decade as a college professor managing critical aspects of student success. She taught numerous business and marketing courses including Consumer Behavior, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship, and Interpersonal Dynamics in the Workplace. She thoroughly enjoyed teaching and serving her campus community on the Achieving the Dream Committee.
Jovana holds a BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
