Field Operations Director
Jennifer started her market research career working at a market research facility doing everything from being a hostess and recruiting to Assistant Manager and eventually the Facility Manager. Later, she worked as a Project Manager for a Canadian company; working in the office of their biggest client, conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
Over the past 20+ years Jennifer has worked conducting Qualitative research as a Project Director for a moderator. Her responsibilities included coordinating all aspects of setting up focus groups, IDI’s, and Online Boards, for both online and in person research.
As the Field Operations Manager for Zeldis Research Associates, Jennifer is involved with the management and execution of all aspects of multiple Qualitative research projects.
