Ken Zeldis
Partner
Founder of Zeldis Research and an active Partner in the firm, Ken is not only responsible for the acquisition and management of research projects for new and existing clients, but also takes an active role in the execution of projects by moderating focus groups, teleconferences, and conducting in-depth interviews. With over 30 years of experience in the research industry, his areas of expertise are the insurance and financial services industries. Ken and his business partner Doris Kaiser are ultimately responsible for setting the company standard for high quality and excellence for which Zeldis Research has become known.
Doris Kaiser
Partner
Doris has been involved in designing, executing, and interpreting research results since 1990. As an active Partner in the firm, her responsibilities extend beyond the acquisition and management of research projects for new and existing clients. She is an expert in all forms of qualitative research, including in-person focus groups, teleconferences and bulletin board groups, with her primary focus in the publishing, media, and education industries, and the booming “moms and babies” market. Her extensive expertise conducting qualitative and quantitative research among women makes her an invaluable asset and a major contributor to the level of service our clients have come to expect.
Amy Rey
Vice President
Amy has been involved in the survey research industry since 1997. As a senior member of the Zeldis Research team, she is responsible for account management, as well as the execution and day-to-day management of both quantitative and qualitative research projects. She also directs all aspects of research studies, including study design, execution of multivariate analyses, and interpretation of findings. While she has extensive experience across a wide variety of industries and topics, her primary focus lies with the financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical/ healthcare industries, with experience moderating focus groups and online bulletin boards, and conducting in-depth interviews.
Kristina Witzling
Vice President
Kristina has been in the survey research industry since 1995 and as a senior member of the Zeldis Research team, she is responsible for more than just the day-to-day management of research projects. In addition to account management, she directs all aspects of research studies (both quantitative and qualitative, across a wide variety of industries and topics), including study design, project oversight, reporting, and interpretation of multivariate analysis. Her primary areas of expertise lie within the automotive, publishing and education industries, with extensive experience moderating focus groups and online bulletin boards, and conducting in-depth interviews.
Christine DiMeola
Senior Research Director
After starting in the survey research industry in 1997, Christine joined Zeldis Research in 2008. As a senior staff member, she is responsible for not only the day-to-day management and execution of core industry studies, but all aspects of research studies. In addition to study design, project management, interpretation of multivariate analysis, and reporting of findings, Christine also moderates bulletin board focus groups and conducts in-depth interviews. She has extensive experience with research in the financial services and pharmaceutical/ healthcare industries; however her experience stretches across a wide variety of industries and topics.
Leanne Storer
Senior Research Analyst
Leanne has been managing and executing core industry projects within Zeldis Research since 1997. In addition to project management, she is also responsible for the analysis, interpretation and presentation of study findings, with exceptional skills in creative report writing. While her primary areas of focus are the insurance and publishing industries, her experience stretches across a wide variety of industries and topics.
Fred Gaudios
Project Director
Fred entered the survey research industry in 2006 and brought his knowledge and experience to Zeldis Research in 2009. At Zeldis, Fred has taken on the responsibility of directing all aspects of both qualitative and quantitative research studies. In addition to study design, project management, sampling and sample management, executing and interpreting multivariate analysis, and the reporting of findings, Fred also conducts in-depth interviews and moderates in-person and online focus groups. While his experience stretches across a wide variety of industries and topics, the financial services and insurance industries are his primary areas of focus.
Andy Romano
Project Director
Andy has been in the survey research industry since 2007 and joined Zeldis Research in 2010. As part of the Zeldis team, he is responsible for the management and execution of various core industry projects and directs all aspects of research studies, including study design, project management, conducting and interpreting multivariate analysis, reporting of findings, and client/vendor relations. He has experience across a wide variety of industries and topics, including financial services, industrial supply, insurance and publishing.
Karen Schmutz
Field Operations Director
Since 1997, Karen has been responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of qualitative research projects, including overseeing respondent screening and recruiting. She also manages those that require onsite data collection and assists with data collection for quantitative research studies.
Carolyn Hanko
Market Research Assistant
Carolyn joined Zeldis Research in 2011. Working side-by-side with the Field Operations Director, she assists with the preparation and execution of qualitative research projects, as well as data collection for quantitative research studies.
Monique Corchado
Administrative Assistant
Since joining Zeldis Research in 2007, Monique has been responsible for the management and execution of all day-to-day administrative and accounting functions within the company. In addition, she also assists with the execution of qualitative research projects, as well as data collection for analysis and reporting.
